These sessions are about rolling up our sleeves and diving into the root causes of tension or the areas that need your attention. As your guide and mentor, I create a safe space for you to begin unburdening your mind, body, and heart, helping you move toward your truest path. Together, we’ll identify the tools and practices that best support you in achieving the life you envision.

Just The Reiki
Reiki is a method of energy healing that uses universal life energy. It is a hands on (or hovering hands) healing process in which the practitioner allows life force to flow through the palms to a client in order to work with whatever the issue at hand may be. In session, we work to help rebalance the flow of energy and remove blockages. This can be done in person or through video calls (distance healing).
$125/60 minute (home visits only at this time)
